Guru Poornima 2017

This time Guru Poornima came on the 9th of July, 2017 and a Sunday that too.

We celebrated in two centres - Marathalli and Adarsh.

The morning half was dedicated by the Marathalli centres and celebrated in the ITTINA ABHA Hall. Students decorated the hall themselves. After Mrs. Shraddha Prabhu Lit the Ceremonial lamp, Santhi and Harshita, presented the Ganesha Invocation ' Maha Ganapati'

This was followed by a brief felicitation of Mrs Prabhu by Ittina Students.

The ever jovial students from Govindam centre presented a small tableau on Guru Poornima and felicitated their teacher again.

And then, We held our first contest for this year - Bhajans.

The Students were asked to choose new bhajans, ones they had not performed in the past. Totally, there were 3 categories.

All the keyboard attempts were really thorough. the bhajans were varied and blissful.


In the afternoon half, the Adarsh Centre had its Bhajan contest. Here we had Keyboard contests as well as Singing Contests with totally 4 categories
