- 'Whatsapp' will be the official communication tool for all classes. Different groups have been created for different classes. Group communication will be sent on those. Personal communication like feedback will be sent as personal messages on Whatsapp. Parents are requested to check 'WhatsApp' for latest updates.
- The fees must be paid by the second class of the month.
- A 100% attendance is expected. If a child misses a class, no monetary compensation will be given. However , the child can , with prior permission of the teacher , attend another batch's class. Upto 2 compensations will b considered only.
- If the teacher misses a class, a proper compensatory class will be taken. No compensation for missing that compensatory class will be given. But if a separate compensatory class is not possible then that class won't be charged.
- Any student not attending a class should inform the teacher at least 1 hour before the class either verbally or via 'Whattsapp'. Un-informed Absenteeism will not be acceptable.
- If there is an extra class or two even aft the required classes in the month, it is not binding on the teacher to take them. However, if taken, will be charged
- In the months of school vacations (except April and May ), full fees need to be paid irrespective of vacations taken.
- Students and parents need to maintain common etiquette with the teachers and others , as below

# no back answering
# helpfulness
# timeliness
# discipline
# neatness
# no impertinence
Any student found disobeying will be given 3 chances only. Action after that will be decided by the teacher. - Students wanting to discontinue a class, can do so from the beginning of the month but only after their parents informing the teacher personally. Irrespective of when one leaves, that month's entire fee needs to be paid. eg. If student wants to leave the class in August, Parent should inform the teacher verbally with reasons before July end as well as clear up all dues upto July.
- Holidays may be given on National Holidays , Important Festivals and Academy Programs. Class Days falling on these will not be compensated.
- A nominal contribution will be requested for Academy programs and is mandatory of each parent irrespective of participation.
